Ben Durbin

Ben is married to Becky and they have four daughters. Ben helped start The Bridge in 2006 and has been serving as the lead pastor since 2011. Ben's primary responsibilities include oversight of preaching, leadership development, and vision.
Stan Jackson
Marketplace Elder
Stan is married to Christina and they have two children. Stan is a Marketplace Elder and has been serving as and Elder at The Bridge since 2010.
Randy Thebeau
Elder
Randy is married to Sarah and they have two children. Randy has been at The Bridge since 2012. Randy helps out between Leadington and our Bonne Terre campuses.
Seth Durbin
Bonne Terre Pastor | Elder
Seth is married to Amanda and they have four daughters. Seth has been serving and leading at The Bridge since it was planted in 2006. Seth is the pastor of our Bonne Terre congregation.
David Miller
Marketplace Elder
David is married to Amy and they have three children. David and Amy have been attending and serving The Bridge since 2013. David helps with our youth ministry, and shepherds our community.
Derek Cook
Youth Pastor & Worship Pastor | Elder
Derek is marred to Jessica and they have two children. Derek and Jessica have been attending and serving The Bridge since 2014 as a Worship Leader and most recently as Youth Pastor and Worship Pastor.
Tony Petrie
Missional Community Director | Deacon
Tony is married to Heather, they been at The Bridge since 2012, leading our Missional Communities since 2019. Tony oversee's the Missional Community leaders and helps connect guest and new member to the Missional Community Groups.
Tammy Durbin
Office Manager | Deacon
Tammy is married to Roger, has 4 children, and has been on staff at The Bridge since we planted in 2006. Tammy handles all things office administration.
Natalie Kauffmann
Bridge Kids Director | Deacon
Natalie is married to Derek and they have 2 daughters. She has been serving in various capacities at The Bridge since 2009, but most recently began serving as our Bridge Kids Director.
Aaron (Tatar) Brewer
Operations Manager | Deacon
Aaron joined us on staff 2024, and helps organize the day to day operations of the church and staff. He is married to Jennifer, and they have been both faithfully serving the church for a few years.
Jared Miller
Tech and Media Assistant
Jared is married to Catherine and has two kids. They have been at The Bridge since 2021. Normally seen playing the drums Sunday morning, Jared makes sure our tech and media is up and running for every service.
Catherine Miller
Office Assistant
Catherine started on staff in mid 2023 and helps out every ministry department. She keeps everyone on track and makes sure events and planning goes smoothly. She loves being organized and serving her church.
