Bridge kids

Meeting Sundays @ 9:00 and 11:00

WE LOVE KIDS!

Our BK volunteers LOVE kids and our goal is to support parents in teaching kids that they too can follow God. This is far more than just Sunday School. We want our children to understand what being Gospel-centered and missional looks like and have a quality understanding of the Bible by the time they move on to middle school.

We start our time on Sundays in small groups, getting a preview of the lesson...a time to get their brains thinking! Then transition to  large group sessions that are high tech and high energy with great Biblical lessons. After praise and worship and the Bible story presentation in large group, the children split back up into their original small groups where they learn to apply the Bible teaching to their everyday lives.

Preschool

In Preschool we divide the kids into class by age and ability, nursery through PreSchool ages. These children start in their classrooms where they will talk about the bible story, go to large group for worship, then go back to class for snack and activities.

Elementary

Our Elementary program serves Kindergarten though 4th grade. They are in small groups with others their same age, and do our bible story and worship as one large group.

What do we teach?

We use the Gospel Project for Kids to share the hope of the gospel with our children.

The Gospel Project for Kids is a Christ-centered Bible study resource that follows a chronological timeline of Bible events—presenting the story of redemption through Jesus like kids have never seen it before!
Each week, these stories come to life through video, music, activities, and more.

We just began a new cycle in September and are currently talking about stories in Genesis...the beginning!
